RETURN POLICY. With some exceptions noted below, all equipment purchased from our website or by phone at our published web pricing may be returned to us within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund less a twenty percent restocking fee, shipping and handling fees, and labor fees for the assembly and programming of custom ordered equipment. Equipment and its original packing must be returned in new, unopened, undamaged condition. Additional charges will apply for opened boxes, any missing items such as packing materials, manuals, cables, and the like. The original box and its contents must be unmarked. Any shipment to you that is unclaimed or refused and returned to us will be refunded less a twenty percent restocking fee, shipping and handling fees, and labor fees for the assembly and programming of custom ordered equipment. Restocking fees are not a penalty; they provide for the inspection of and testing of equipment prior to return to inventory. Equipment damaged in shipment or not in the original packaging will not be accepted for a refund. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a ten percent service charge to cover costs we incur processing your order. Warranty and return items must have a Return Authorization Number printed on the outside of the shipping box or they will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept returns on equipment that is misused, abused or is accidentally damaged. Wireless phone systems and accessories may not be returned under any circumstance - they must be returned to the manufacturer for service. All sales are final on invoices marked "ROCK BOTTOM PRICING APPLIES / NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES" when equipment is purchased below our published web pricing at the time of purchase or when we match or beat a competitors price. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS. The A. F. Daniel Technology Group, Inc. does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through the A. F. Daniel Technology Group, Inc. are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page.
